Inter-district, Inter-state Travel Allowed
Inter-state and inter-district traveling are allowed for Malaysians to travel throughout nationwide starting today, except for certain red zone districts.
There are some districts that were placed under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) and Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) until December 20, 2020, such as:-

During the briefing held on December 5, 2020, Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob has removed the two-person per car limit and allowed the number of passengers according to the vehicle's capacity.
For example, a seven-seater multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) can carry a total of seven people. However, overcapacity can still be stopped for violating road ordinances.
In the meantime, let's enjoy the slight freedom to travel around but don’t forget to mask up and wash your hands frequently.
