Hyundai Opens Penang’s First Concept Showroom
Hyundai Malaysia has opened its first 'concept showroom.' The Hyundai Penang City Store is located in the island's Gurney Paragon Mall.
The Hyundai Penang City Store features a digitalized interactive wall where visitors can use a car configurator to experience the "look and feel" of Hyundai models.
In contrast to traditional showrooms, the City Store offers more self-service options, including an interactive screen and a Hyundai Collection merchandise area.
Sime Darby Auto will support customers who purchase cars from Hyundai Penang City Store, which is a 1S centre. Hyundai's full-service centre is nearby on Jalan Sungai Pinang.

Aside from the standard preventive maintenance services, the full-service 4S facility also provides air-conditioning servicing, body and paint restoration, collision repair and insurance claims, and vehicle insurance renewal. There is also Quick Service.
In addition, for the convenience of Hyundai EV owners, an EV charging station has been installed on the B2 level of the Gurney Paragon Mall.
The charger, which appears to be an Exicom 22 kW AC unit, can be used daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the mall.
