Putrajaya Roads Closed For HSN2022 Starting Today

The National Sports Day 2022 (HSN2022) celebration will take place on 8 October 2022 simultaneously throughout the country. However a larger national scale event would be held  at Dataran Putrajaya, opposite the Palace of Justice and also the headquarters of the Putrajaya Corporation (PPj).

According to the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS), among the programs planned to be held in conjunction to the HSN2022 are Putrajaya Night Marathon HSN2022, Water Sports Carnival, National Climbing Sports Carnival, eSports Championship, Let's Get Fit, M-Games, Kuala Lumpur Sports Industry Expo and "Powerboat" Championship. ASEAN.

In order to smoothly execute all this events, several main roads in Putrajaya would be closed and traffic diverted from today 7 October 2022, 3am until 12pm on 9 October 2022 (Sunday).

The roads affected are:

  • Boulevard Presint 3 to Boulevard Presint 4, from junction 4 at Menara LPPSA to Lebuh Wadi Presint 4 in front of the Galleria building.

  • Lebuh Setia (Between Menara KBS and Galleria)

  • Jalan P4Y (Behind the KBS Tower)
