Isuzu Malaysia Records Best Ever Sales Run In 2022 With 9211 D-Max Sold

Isuzu Malaysia reported a record-breaking 9,211 units of the Isuzu D-Max sold in 2022, eclipsing the previous record of 6480 pick-up trucks sold in 2016. This impressive sales is partially spurred by the huge interest in the 1.9-litre models which asides provides savings in roadtax also proves to be unbelievably light on running costs while being a heavyweight when it comes to design, features, performance and safety.

The 1.9-litre variants make up 79% of the total sales number especially in the Peninsular Malaysia where 55% of these trucks were sold to.

For Isuzu, its flagship X-Terrain variant managed to slot itself into the premium lifestyle segment with 877 units being delivered to customers who were attracted to the model's handsome design, invitingly-premium interior, exemplary performance and cutting-edge safety features.
