New GWM 3S Centre Opens In Setia Alam

Great Wall Motor (GWM) Malaysia opened an all-new 3S Centre in Setia Alam, Shah Alam. Announced this week, this aligns with its goal of improving overall customer experience.

The new facility, which occupies a 6,000 square feet  space along Setia Avenue, houses a showroom, a customised customer lounge, and four service bays. According to GWM Malaysia, this 3S facility can turn over up to 800 vehicles per month through the ORA Good Cat and the upcoming ORA 07.

Other brands under the GWM umbrella, including Tank, Haval and Cannon, are expected to arrive later this year and expand the firm’s product offering in the country.

According to Mike Cui An Qi, Managing Director of GWM Malaysia, the new 3S centre shows the company's dedication to providing great service and increasing convenience for customers in Shah Alam and Klang.

He went on to say: "With this state-of-the-art facility, we aim to provide an unparalleled experience that reflects our dedication to improve customer satisfaction and reinforces our reputation for quality and dependability."

A quick check with our insider source at GWM Malaysia suggests the company's path towards dealer expansion guarantees customers' vehicles are taken care of as they move ahead this year in launching additional mass market models, beginning with the ORA 07.

The ORA 07 which will launch on April 3, is already open for pre-orders with the company offering early birds a complimentary maintenance plan for 5 years or 75,000 kilometres (whichever comes first).
