WTCA Successfully Hosts First GAC GS3 Emzoom Owners Gathering

Launched back in April this year, the GAC GS3 Emzoom is available in two variants - Exclusive and Premium R.

Despite being launched earlier this year in April, it appears that a number of GAC GS3 Emzoom crossover SUVs have already been delivered into the hands of local customers by distributors WTC Automotif Sdn Bhd (WTCA) and its dealership network.

As a refresher, this left-field sino-badged premium compact crossover was launched by WTCA with two variants available priced from RM118,900 (Exclusive) and RM128,900 (Premium R).

To celebrate that, WTCA successfully hosted the first GAC GS3 Emzoom owners gathering event last Saturday (June 22) at the Tentent Café, Genting Sempah. A total of 16 GAC GS3 Emzoom units turned up with their owners for this soiree hosted by WTCA in one of Malaysia’s popular hilltop retreats.

Besides owners, present during this gathering too were GAC Motor China representatives plus representatives from WTCA’s top management, thus enabling direct dialogues between both and customers. Through which, GAC GS3 Emzoom customers were able to relay their experiences and feedback directly with WTCA as well.

In turn, the GAC Motor China representatives reciprocated by providing training, feedback, as well as technical support to customers present during this gathering. WTCA management team present here also addressed queries covering software updates, the multifunctional infotainment system, and provided training on the features of the vehicle. 

"We deeply value the commitment and trust shown by our early adopters of the GAC GS3 Emzoom," said Mr. Francis Chin, Head of Sales and Network Development at WTCA. Chin also emphasised the event's significance in enhancing the overall ownership experience.

Representatives of GAC Motor China and WTCA were also present, and this allowed customers present to relay feedback and their experiences directly.

Together with other senior execs from WTCA present at this gathering, Chin also reassured customers by detailing the robust after-sales and inventory management in place via depots nationwide, which in turn ensures efficient spare parts distribution.

Presently, WTCA’s GAC Motor brand network comprise of 10 active dealerships, and the firm plans to have 25 in total across Malaysia – East Malaysia included – before the end of this year.
