KSM Lowers Kia Spare Parts Price By 15%, Brings New Incentives Too
Revised prices and warranties aside, Kia Sales Malaysia (KSM) also detailed a slew of key new incentives for existing and prospecting new owners alike.

Beyond revised prices and warranties, new Malaysian Kia brand principals Kia Sales Malaysia (KSM) also detailed a host of other key incentives for its customers earlier today. Here are the other key take aways to note:

A key initiative by KSM is to lower Kia genuine spare parts prices at an average of 15%.

15% Lower Spare Parts Prices
Firstly, KSM announced it will implement a average 15% price reduction for all Kia genuine spare parts. This should soften the blow from the firm’s decision to remove the 5-year or 100,000 KM free schedule maintenance deal offered prior and sweeten the revised and now extended 5-year or 150,000 KM warranty scheme it now offers.
Regarding after-sales and spare parts lead time, the new principal-led firm further reassured both existing owners and prospecting buyers that this remains timely as before too. KSM pointed out that it now operates a dedicated spare parts warehouse in Shah Alam, Selangor to support its nationwide network.
Announced too is Kia Cares - a new in-house insurance programme offered by authorised dealers that's underwritten by Berjaya Sompo, Zurich and Zurich Takaful.

New Kia Cares Insurance Programme
To complement purchases through its authorised dealership network, KSM also announced a new Kia Cars insurance programme for customers to consider. Underwritten by the likes of Berjaya Sompo, Zurich and Zurich Takaful, it brings comprehensive accidental loss or damage coverages plus a range of other benefits.
Optional add-on benefits offered by Kia Cares include all-driver coverage, allowances for accidental inconveniences and total loss, agreed value for up to 15 years, waiver of betterment for up to 10 years, unlimited towing, full special perils coverage, and personal accident coverage up to RM100,000.

Newly announced Kia Professional, on the other hand, stands as a dedicated corporate fleet scheme offering exclusive concessions and customisable incentives.

Kia Professional Programme
Besides that, KSM also introduced its Kia Professional corporate fleet programme. This is also aimed towards members of professional bodies and major corporations for individual vehicle purchases. Highlights of this initiative include exclusive concessions of up to 3%, as well as customisable incentives for larger fleet acquisitions.
Through Kia Circle, existing owners and their family members (parents, children and spouses included) benefit with a special RM6,000 rebate when upgrading to a new Kia model.

Kia Circle Customer Loyalty Scheme
Lastly comes the new Kia Circle customer loyalty programme. Through which, KSM will offer cash rebates of up to RM6,000 for existing Kia owners upgrading to a new Kia model. Notably, this perk is also extended not just to owners, but their family members – parents, children and spouses included.
