If You're In Penang And Eyeing A Suzuki, There's A New Showroom To Check Out
![]()
If you're based in Penang and have been thinking about getting a Suzuki, there's now another place to check one out. Naza Eastern Motors, the official distributor of Suzuki cars in Malaysia, has expanded its northern presence with the opening of a new Suzuki Juru dealership in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. Operated by SMG Auto (MN) Sdn Bhd, the new outlet represents an investment of RM1 million, including its test-drive and display units.
- New Suzuki Juru dealership opens in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
- The outlet represents a RM1 million investment, including test-drive and display units.
- The 1,600 sq ft 1S showroom can display three Suzuki vehicles.
- Aftersales support remains available at Suzuki's Bayan Lepas service centre.
- Suzuki now has 14 authorised sales outlets and 13 service centres nationwide.

The new 1,600 sq ft showroom has space for three Suzuki display vehicles, along with a customer lounge for visitors. It's worth noting that Suzuki Juru is a 1S outlet, meaning its focus is on vehicle sales rather than servicing. For aftersales support, Suzuki owners can instead head to the brand's existing service centre in Bayan Lepas.

The addition of Juru brings Suzuki's Malaysian network to 14 authorised sales outlets and 13 service centres nationwide.
For buyers around Juru, Bukit Mertajam and surrounding areas, that means another convenient location to explore Suzuki's current Malaysian line-up.
The new dealership is located at:

Meanwhile, aftersales support is available at the Suzuki Bayan Lepas service centre at 21, Jalan Sungai Tiram 7, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Beyond expanding its dealer network, Naza Eastern Motors is also highlighting SUZUKI CARe, an ownership programme bringing together Suzuki Protect motor insurance coverage and roadside assistance.
Among the benefits offered under Suzuki Protect are:
- Agreed value coverage for vehicles up to 12 years old
- No betterment for up to 10 years
- Waiver of excess for up to 10 years*
- Special perils coverage
- Unlimited towing
- Coverage for all drivers
- Genuine parts
- Personal Accident coverage of RM20,000 per person, up to RM80,000
- Key Car Cover of RM2,000
One thing to note is that the dedicated SUZUKI CARe careline isn't operational yet. Suzuki says final system integration is underway, with customers to be notified once the service is fully activated.
For Penang buyers, though, the immediate takeaway is simple: there's now another place up north to get a closer look at Suzuki's current line-up.
