Mercedes-Benz Malaysia's AMA Program Celebrates Graduation, Welcomes New Apprentices

The Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (AMA) Program by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Training Academy programme continues to incubate young Malaysians who aspire to start a career as a Passenger Car Technician with one of the most prestigious companies in the world.

The carmaker recently announced the successful graduation of 38 talented apprentices and welcomes a new cohort of 42 apprentices for the year 2023.

The Program has produced over 900 apprentices who now serve in various positions across different specialisations within the brand’s authorised dealer network, according to Edmin Naidoo, Vice President of Customer Services, Mercedes-Benz Cars Malaysia SEA II.
The 38 apprentices who graduated over the last three years have received extensive training and have been offered jobs in the company and service network for the next four years. The three-year programme requires a RM100,000 investment per student.
