Nissan’s fourth electric vehicle (EV) concept, the Hyper Punk, ready for Japan Mobility Show 2023 (JMS 2023).

The all-electric compact crossover will join the Nissan Hyper Urban, the Nissan Hyper Adventure and the Nissan Hyper Tourer EV concepts.

A unique exterior, it sees complex polygonal surfaces, cloaked in gradient-shifting silver paint job (view angle and light source dependent).

Other complementing fitments are polygonal-shaped and body-integrated head and tail lamps, and a set of 23-Inch wheels.

Inside, its Japanese-inspired cabin features origami-styled elements, with futuristic looking seats and striking colours.

It is designed to be a mobile creative studio, providing seamless internet connectivity, and is linkable to all sorts of devices.

Incorporated with the interior is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system, which provides multiple aesthetic and practical functions.

For instance, sceneries captured by the onboard cameras can be converted into manga-style drawings or other graphic patterns.

Serving as a ‘screensaver’, the finished render can be projected on a three-screen display, arranged around the driver.

Also, linking with the headrest biosensors, the AI is able to monitor passengers’ biometric signs, and automatically sets the music and lighting to accommodate.

Additionally, it serves as a powerbank on wheels with its Vehicle-To-Everything (V2X) capability. It can supply electricity to appliances, homes, and even offices.

That said, from October 26, the Nissan Hyper Punk along with the other three EV concepts will be featured in the game Fortnite.
