Are You Driving A BMW 3 Series With An Outdated Dashboard? Time To Upgrade To This New BMW 320i Sport!
BMW Group Malaysia, the official distributor for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad vehicles in Malaysia, has launched the updated BMW 320i Sport with the latest BMW Live Cockpit Professional system.

The BMW Live Cockpit Professional system runs on the BMW Operating system 7 that includes the 10.25-inch centre touchscreen and the 12.3-inch fully-digital instrument cluster. Compared to the previous 8.8-inch centre screen and 5.1-inch multi-info display, it is a significant upgrade.

However, the 320i is about RM 4,000 more expensive than before at RM 243,889 (previously RM 239,884), excluding the sales and service tax (SST).
“The BMW 320i Sport has delivered close to 2,000 units since its January 2020 release, and this success comes as no surprise for the best-selling premium sports sedan in Malaysia. This new addition serves to prove our consistent investments in the local automotive industry, in hopes to continue driving its recovery in the year ahead,” said its managing director Hans de Visser in a statement.
On top of that, the system also comes with the advanced BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant with the voice-activated feature. The driver can activate the system by a simple “Hey BMW’ word or an individual personal activation word.

Meanwhile, the other equipment remains the same, like the adaptive LED headlamps, front LED fog lights, Sport Line exterior with the T-shaped front and rear bumper inserts, 18-inch V-spoke style 780 two-tone alloy wheels, Vernasca leather upholstery with aluminium mesh trim, keyless entry with push-start button, triple-zone climate control, powered adjusted front seats with memory functions for the driver, parking assist, reverse camera, six-speakers and a hands-free opening boot lid. However, the wireless Qi charging platform was removed.

The company retained the same 2.0-litre TwinPower Turbo petrol engine and the 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission for the new BMW 320i Sport. The locally assembled premium sports sedan can produce 184 hp at 5,000 to 6,500 rpm and a peak torque of 300 Nm at 1,350 to 4,000 rpm.
BMW Group claims that the BMW 320i Sport can accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 235 km/h. It consumes 6.3 litres of fuel per 100km and generates 144 g/km of CO2.
The new BMW 320i Sport comes in five colours – Phytonic Blue, Black Sapphire, Alpine White, Mineral Grey and Sunset Orange, to pair with the premium black leather Vernasca upholstery.
Following the latest Movement Control Order, all dealerships are closed for physical viewing and customers are encouraged to view the new BMW 320i Sport at https://shop.bmw.com.my. Customers may also contact their preferred dealers for more information.

The new BMW 320i Sport comes with the BMW Group Malaysia Premium Ownership experience that includes the BMW 5-year unlimited mileage warranty with free scheduled service programme, BMW roadside assistance and accident hotline, BMW Group Loyalty+ mobile app, BMW Privileges card and BMW Service Online.
With the Balloon Financing Plan from BMW Group Financial Service Malaysia, the new BMW 320i Sport can be owned with a monthly instalment plan starting from RM 2,708 (based on estimates of an 80 percent on a five-year tenure.
