CKD Mercedes-Benz Unveils All-New A-Class Sedan 2021

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd has launched its new A-Class Sedan offering two variants: Mercedes-Benz A 200 Progressive Line and the Mercedes-Benz A250 AMG Line.

In terms of pricing, the price of the A-Class Sedan starts from RM219,888 for the A200 Progressive Line to RM249,888 for the A250 AMG Line, which are the suggested retail prices inclusive of 5 percent sales tax (OTR without insurance).

These A-Class sedans are currently available in five colours: Polar White, Cosmos Black, Mountain Grey, Iridium Silver and Denim Blue, highlighting a carbon fibre-look trim for the A 200 Progressive Line and a light linear-grain aluminium trim for the A250 AMG Line. 

Engine-wise, both sedans offer efficient and robust engines that generate 1.3-litre engine 163 hp for A 200 Progressive Line and 2.0-litre with a superior engine acceleration of 224 hp for A 250 AMG Line. With a superb and dynamic design coupled with a steadfast engine, Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan is a showstopper of its style.

With its 18-inch AMG alloy wheels and LED High-Performance headlamps, this model has heightened its features in overall look added with illuminated door sill panels with Mercedes-Benz lettering and ambient lighting on Mercedes-Benz A 250 variant.

On the interior part, this model uses electrically adjustable seats with memory functions, and front-seats finishing has a more luxurious look coupled with a sportier steering wheel covered in leather gives an avant-garde feel.

For its multimedia system, Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan combines an MBUX multimedia system on a 10.25-inch media display, a Touchpad, Extended MBUX functions, Hard disc navigation, Apple Car Play and Android Auto. 

Both variants also come with advanced safety features such as the PRE-SAFE positioning for front seats, tyre pressure monitoring system, anti-theft alarm system, active brake assist, blind-spot assist, exit warning assist, parking function with perpendicular parking, TIREFIT, reverse camera, a status display for rear seat belts in the instrument cluster and cruise control with SPEEDTRONIC Speed Limiter.

A four-year unlimited mileage warranty covers every Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan.
