Pos Malaysia & Yinson Greentech EV Charger Partnership - Operating Hours: 7AM To 11PM

Pos Malaysia Berhad has entered a strategic cooperation with Yinson GreenTech to launch chargEV-powered electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The move sees Pos Malaysia committing towards making a good environmental effect and offering sustainable transportation solutions to its clients through this relationship.
Through this agreement with Yinson GreenTech, Pos Malaysia seeks to offer simple and accessible charging options at six Pos Malaysia post offices nationwide. Pos Malaysia EV charging stations will be located in Shah Alam, Ipoh, Melaka, Seremban, Alor Setar, and Taman Sri Tebrau, Johor Bahru.
EV owners keen to charge up at these public charging stations must take not that they are accessible from 7AM to 11PM daily. Each site will have a two-gun CCS2 40kW DC Charger installation primed that costs RM1.20 per kW. However, all charges is free as an introductory offer until June 30.

Moving ahead, clients can take advantage of the charging facilities while exploring the numerous services provided by Pos Malaysia's other partners, which include Cafe Mesra, ZUS Coffee, and Photobook, all of which located within the post office premises.
The EV charging stations would be installed in stages, and there works to put more EV charging stations in additional post offices in the future are in the pipelines too. This will improve accessibility for EV owners whilst also indirectly support the country's expanding number of electric vehicles.

Pos Malaysia is also committed to meeting its sustainability goals, which include a promise to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Pos Malaysia seeks to develop sustainable solutions and contribute to a greener Malaysia as a member of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and the International Post Corporation (IPC) Sustainability Measurement and Management System (SMMS) programme.
