Rolls-Royce Unveils Its One-Off Arcadia Droptail

A truly unique, £25 million (MYR149.6 Million) custom Droptail coachbuilt luxury car from Rolls-Royce has been unveiled. This is the third of four such vehicles that a very wealthy customer has ordered separately!
The opulent two-seater roadster, named Arcadia after the legendary "Heaven on Earth" from Greek mythology, was meticulously crafted over a period of over four years to suit the preferences and persona of the affluent commissioning client.

The Droptail Arcadia was recently delivered by Rolls-Royce to its Singaporean owner. Even though right-hand drive is more popular in the nation, the buyer requested that the car be driven in the left hand direction. In order to make using the car more convenient everywhere in the world, the customer took this decision.
Along with two more years of development work, this includes the most elaborate and complex clock face in Rolls-Royce history, which took five months to assemble. The British marque also confirmed that the weatherproofed wood inlay sections required 8,000 hours of labor to produce.
The Arcadia's price is the same as that of the previous Rolls-Royce Droptail, the La Rose Noire, which made its debut in late 2017 and was followed that same month by the Droptail Amethyst, which was modelled after the gem.

The first of Rolls-Royce's Boat Tail series of unique vehicles, which debuted in 2021, costs £5 million less than all three of the motors—plus the fourth, which has not yet been shown off.
The 22-inch-wheeled Arcadia Droptail, according to Rolls-Royce, was designed as 'a serene space' and 'a refuge from the complexities of their business life' by the unidentified client, an international entrepreneur with homes across the globe.

The massive 6.6-liter twin turbo V12 engine, which produces 593bhp, almost as much as a Lamborghini Huracan supercar, lies beneath the tranquility. It is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox, which allows it to accelerate from rest to 62 mph in about five seconds.
Should the owner decide to take the chance of making their one-of-a-kind motor into a £25 (MYR149.6 Million) million bullet, it can reach a top speed of 155 mph electronically.
