UMW Toyota Closes April 2025 By Shifting 7,932 Vehicles

UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) closed April 2025 by shifting 7,932 vehicles, bringing it YTD total sales up to 27,876 units.
UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) continues to chart growth in its sales. Recently, the firm closed April 2025 by shifting a total 7,932 vehicles – up marginally from the 7,929 units it shifted in the previous month.
Altogether, the firm’s year-to-date (YTD) sales total has also risen from 19,944 units last month to 27,876 units now. Compared to its performance in the same timeframe last year, monthly sales has indeed grown, but its YTD total sales does see a drop.
For reference, UMWT shifted 7,345 vehicles in April 2024, which in turn saw its YTD sales total then stand at 30,789 units too. Despite the latter, UMWT remains somewhat upbeat with its pace and efforts so far in 2025.

One highlight in May 2025 for UMWT is its participation in the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025) where the firm's latest-gen hybrid models, namely the Corolla Cross HEV, Camry HEV, and Vellfire HEV, will be showcased.
Looking ahead, the firm were also keen to note some highlights of its booth at the upcoming Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025) that opens this week. Held at MAEPS, Serdang, said expo runs from May 9 to May 15.
Amongst the highlights visitors can expect at UMWT’s booth include a display of the Toyota brand’s latest-gen hybrid (HEV) models led by the Vellfire HEV luxury MPV, Corolla Cross HEV crossover, as well as the latest-gen Camry HEV saloon.
This display, which will also include the Mirai FCEV, is part of Toyota’s broader Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach, says UMWT. Notably, this approach considers emissions from production to recycling, not just what comes out of the tailpipe.

For May 2025, UMWT's latest monthly sales campaign sees it offer flexible financing that starts from as low as RM658 monthly, as well as the Toyota Service Savers programme being offered from RM33 monthly.
That aside, UMWT also revealed its several highlights from its latest monthly sales campaign. From which, it sees the firm firstly offering flexible financing packages from as low as RM658 monthly.
Besides that, the firm also has its affordable maintenance packages, called the ‘Toyota Service Savers’ programme, on offer this month too. This sees monthly instalment payment plans for which starting from as low as RM33.
