KINETA Sdn Bhd, a Sime Group company specialising in EV charging solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Powerbee Sdn Bhd and Vestech Energy Sdn Bhd, both subsidiaries of Solarvest Holdings Berhad.
The collaboration combines KINETA’s expertise in electric vehicle charging infrastructure with Solarvest’s capabilities in renewable energy generation and solar integration. Together, the parties aim to expand clean energy–powered EV charging facilities and promote wider adoption of solar power among Malaysian households and businesses.

Under this partnership, KINETA and Solarvest will jointly develop solar-integrated EV charging stations and green mobility hubs. The initiative supports Malaysia’s goals under the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) to accelerate decarbonisation and strengthen the EV ecosystem.
Solarvest’s Powerbee division will work with KINETA to deliver renewable-powered charging networks, while Vestech will equip KINETA’s teams with training and technical support to help customers integrate home solar systems. This collaboration enables consumers to experience seamless solar adoption alongside reliable EV charging access.

The KINETA–Solarvest alliance represents a step forward in aligning clean transportation with renewable energy solutions, creating long-term value for communities and contributing to Malaysia’s sustainable energy future.
