Lexus Launches ‘Hotter’ RZ600e F Sport In Japan
There's now a much 'hotter' flavour of the Lexus RZ EV SUV launched in Japan christened as the RZ600e F Sport.

Debuting in Japan this week is a brand new and ‘hotter’ variant of the Lexus RZ EV SUV. Christened as the RZ600e F Sport, it now stands as the new performance flagship to the refreshed 2026 model year version of the RZ, which we’ll detail separately.
In RZ600e F Sport guise, this luxury EV SUV loosely based on the Toyota bZ4X gains a carbon fibre aerokit ‘borrowed’ from the RZ450e F Sport launched prior in 2024 – said kit, in itself, was inspired by the 2023 RZ Sport Concept.

Visually, the RZ600e F Sport is set apart by its aggressive aerokit and exclusive two-tone exterior paintwork.

The aerokit noted consists of a vented hood, a front splitter, wider fenders with integrated aero extensions, redesigned side skirts, a more prominent rear diffuser element, as well as a two-piece rear spoiler that boasts actual downforce generation.
Two striking and exclusive paint scheme options are offered for this performance range-topper – Neutrino Gray and Hakugin II. Both hues get paired with a black base and accented with exposed carbon fibre plus blue highlights.
Another notable trait is the the RZ600e F Sport variant's 20 mm lower ride height.

Other key visual treatment include the rolling stock, which now comes in the form of matte black 21-inch Enkei alloy wheels. Notably, larger 20-inch brakes rotors with six-piston aluminium monoblock calipers hide behind said wheels.
Lastly, Lexus also endowed the RZ600e F Sport with a bespoke suspension setup that boasts a 20 mm lower ride height versus the base RZ550e F Sport. Interestingly, beyond the sporty aesthetics, the RZ600e F Sport also has a beefed-up driveline to match.
Underneath, the RZ600e F Sport gains a peppier dual-motor outputting 420 hp, making it the most powerful - and quickest - variant of this EV SUV too.

Underneath, the RZ600e F Sport sees its dual-motor setup reworked to output 420 hp. In turn, this now makes it the most powerful RZ EV SUV variant, with said output also eclipsing the peak figures yielded by its Toyota bZ4X and Subaru Solterra twins.
As a result, the Lexus RZ600e F Sport despatches 0-100 km/h sprints in just 4.4 secs. Aptly, the performance boost comes at the penalty of range, and the unchanged 77 kW battery pack juicing the dual-motor setup noted now yields a max travel range of 525 KM.

On board, the RZ600e F Sport adopts a yoke steering paired with a steer-by-wire and "Interactive Manual Drive" suites. Special aesthetics here includes blue accents - just like the exterior.

Moving on board, one notable stand-out addition in the cabin of RZ600e F Sport is the switch from a traditional steering wheel to a yoke design. It is connected to Lexus’s steer-by-wire and “Interactive Manual Drive” suites.
Beyond that, the interior of the RZ600e F Sport is decked out with blue contrasting accents in the dash and Ultrasuede-wrapped sports seats – all part of the F Sport Performance package.
For now, it's unclear if the Lexus RZ600e F Sport will officially be offered overseas outside Japan.

For now, the Lexus only offer the RZ600e F Sport in its home market of Japan – it’s unclear still if this hotter – and quicker – new performance flagship will be offered officially overseas.
For the Japanese market, the Lexus RZ600e F Sport is tagged at ¥12,165,000 (approx. RM315,808) in Neutrino Gray, whilst the Hakugin II choice commands a higher figure of ¥12,440,000 (RM32,2947).
