The Congregation And Convoy Of Exotic cars, Bugatti At The Supercar Owners Circle Weekend

The convoy of dreams was held in Croatia as Bugatti leads a pack of the world’s most exclusive and desirable automobiles driving through the country’s stunning roads.

Called the Supercar Owners Circle (SOC), it’s a gathering of a highly exclusive group of exotic car owners who come together once a year to live up to the power of their automobiles.

During the SOC Weekend in Croatia that happened from September 3 to 5, a total of five Bugattis were in attendance.

Aforesaid, this time around, it was Bugatti who led the fleet, as the French marque’s engineering icons traversed the northern region of Croatia.

It began with a scenic spectacle in the nation’s capital, Zagreb, where the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport was piloted by Bugatti’s very own Pilote Officiel and racing legend Andy Wallace.

Then, continuing amidst Croatia’s mountain passes known for their tight and twisting turns, demanded the very best of automobiles that travel on them. 

Thus, best-suited was the Chiron Pur Sport as it was designed to be the most agile and dynamic Chiron ever made. 

Jetting through the asphalt with its high downforce setup, it thrived in its habitat by conquering Croatia’s challenging and undulating mountain roads with ease, down to the tranquil Adriatic Coast. 

Speaking of which, beneath the skin of the Chiron Pur Sport sits the marque’s legendary 8-litre W16 engine with 1,500 PS and a torque output of 1,600 Nm.

Churning with a 15 percent shorter transmission ratio, the Chiron Pur Sport takes just 2.3 seconds to surge from 0 to 100 km/h.

Besides that, tailgating behind the Chiron Pur Sport were four additional Bugattis, each owned by passionate customers of the brand.

Leading the group was the Divo, which saw Bugatti return to its roots of coachbuilding with a 21st-century re-imagination of the marque’s masterpieces of the past. 

Notably, with its highly intricate and striking design, the Divo sets a new standard for coachbuilding in the modern era.

Also, enhancing Bugatti’s presence throughout the weekend was a customer-owned Bugatti Chiron Sport, Chiron and Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse.

All in all, the SOC is famous for its established repertoire with the most celebrated automakers, and Bugatti has, over the years, seen many of their marques appear at the SOCs across the world.
