PRO-NET Announces New smartCare After-sales Programme

PRO-NET (smart Malaysia) announced an enhanced after-sales initiative earlier today called the smartCare Programme.
Earlier today, smart Automobile brand distributors PRO-NET (smart Malaysia) announced a new local after-sales initiative for the Geely-owned brand. Called smartCare, this enhanced after-sales programme encompasses a range of services and features aimed at enhancing the smart brand’s premium ownership experience.
“With smartCare, we are setting a new standard in the Electric vehicle segment by providing stringent quality benchmarks to bolster customer confidence in owning an all-electric vehicle,” explains Zhang Qiang, CEO of PRO-NET (smart Malaysia).
At the core of this programme are eight key highlights, those being Live High Voltage (HV) Battery Monitoring, Aftersales Digital Services via the Hello smart app, Local HV Battery Repair Partner, Warehouse & Logistic Partner, Service Outlet Facility with HV Battery Rooms, EV Chargers at all smart Outlets, Qualified EV Technicians, and Body & Paint Facilities.

According to PRO-NET, the Live High Voltage Battery Monitoring system is an advanced safety feature designed to offer pre-emptive solutions for potential issues through real-time monitoring of battery health. Present in all modern smart vehicles, this system allows the car to provide alerts directly to smart Central, ensuring that necessary actions can be taken promptly.
Whilst on the subject of the HV battery still, the smartCare programme’s comprehensive battery health diagnostics efforts sees PRO-NET partnering with local HV battery repair services to deliver swift and eco-friendly repairs by reusing functional components, thus minimising downtime and significantly reducing environmental impact.
Similarly, PRO-NET highlights that it has partnered with reliable local warehouse and logistics providers to ensure parts are readily available and efficiently managed. With over 3,000 SKUs and 10,000 parts in stock, this partnership promises to reduce wait times and enhances service efficiency, says PRO-NET.

Notably, PRO-NET notes that smart Malaysia stands as the only EV marque with its own dedicated and unique HV Battery Room. Said specialised facility ensures all battery storage and tasks are performed both safely and securely. It also demonstrates PRO-NET’s dedication towards both environmental safety and customer security, says the firm.
Another crucial new addition are the new Body & Paint (B&P) facilities established at smart Ipoh, smart KL B&P, and smart Penang. These facilities are equipped to handle insurance claims, windscreen replacement, body painting, and body repair using genuine parts, ensuring the retention of vehicle warranty status and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Lastly, PRO-NET once again highlights that all 10 smart brand outlets nationwide are brimmed with EV charging facilities – both AC and DC types. These are easily accessible to all smart owners via the Hello Smart app, as well as the built-in navigation functions primed in the smart #1.

For a more in-depth grasp of this programme, PRO-NET is also organising a smartCare Customer Day event that’s open to all smart owners. Included here are technical insights, hands-on demonstrations, as well as PRO Tips workshops conducted by product experts.
The smartCare Customer Day event will be held at both smart Ipoh and smart Alor Setar this month on June 22 from 10AM onwards. More details for which can be obtained via the official smart Malaysia website, as well as its social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
