Special TQ Wuling Bingo EV Preview At KL Car Free Morning in Aug
The upcoming new TQ Wuling Bingo EV hatch is poised to see another special public preview showcase in Aug, reveals TQ Manufacturing this week.

The new TQ Wuling Bingo EV hatch edges closer to its official launch. Recently, TQ Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (TQ), the Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd (TCMH) subsidiary serving as Wuling brand principals in Malaysia, announced yet another special public preview for said new EV hatch.
Apart from its on-going tour, the TQ Wuling Bingo EV will headline a special public preview held during the KL Car Free Morning scheduled for Sunday, Aug 3. During which, the EV hatch will be on show at Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut from 7AM to 10:30AM.
This special showcase will be held at the upcoming KL Car-Free Morning event slated for Aug 3.

A host of special and interactive activities will be held centred on the upcoming EV hatch that's poised for launch sometime in Q4 this year.

The firm adds that the TQ Wuling Bingo EV will kick off the monthly KL Car-Free event series at 6:45AM with an inaugural sweeper route drive around the run route. Members of the public keen to take part in this special 7KM-long run can register for it online via the TQ Wuling Facebook page.
Besides that, this showcase also sees TQ Wuling hosting special Zumba sessions, along with a series of other interactive engagement activities centred on the EV hatch’s appearance at this edition of monthly event mentioned.
“Through KL Car-Free Morning, we’re excited to be able to engage the public and showcase this affordable green option – the TQ WULING Bingo EV, which will soon be available to Malaysian,” said Wan Wei Sun, Head of Business, TQ Manufacturing Sdn Bhd.

As a refresher, the TQ Wuling Bingo EV was first previewed earlier this year at the Tan Chong Motor Assemblies (TCMA) plant in Segambut, KL where it is locally assembled (CKD). It was also previewed again publicly after which at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025).
Set to officially launch within the final quarter (Q4) of this year, the TQ Wuling Bingo EV is poised to rival against the Dongfeng Box, as well as both the upcoming Proton e.MAS 5 and the still-in-development first EV model from Perodua – both also slated for Q4 launch.

Being locally built, TQ Manufacturing is also poised to launch the TQ Wuling BIngo EV with an attractive and accessible sub-RM100,000 price tag.

In neighbouring markets, the TQ Wuling Bingo EV sees two battery capacity options available – 31.9 kWh and 37.9 kWh. Both juice a front-mounted e-motor outputting 68 PS and 150 NM to the front wheels, promising up to 333 KM and 410 KM of CLTC-rated range respectively.
Based on what we sized-up at MAS 2025, the TQ Wuling Bingo EV is set to come brimmed with full-LED lighting, dual-digital displays, keyless entry and ignition, faux leather (leatherette) upholstery as power-adjustable front seats, amongst other things.
Critically, the TQ Wuling Bingo EV promises to launch with an accessible sub-RM100,000 price tag too. Expect more details about this upcoming new EV hatch to surface ahead of its planned Q4 market launch.
